I have been buying real estate in Portland and the Northern Willamette Valley since the early 1990's. Currently I mostly buy, hold and rent. I have used other realtors, bought and sold on my own, and most recently used Jennifer and Matt. Recently they have helped me into three homes plus a duplex.

Matt and Jenn are by far the best realtors I have ever worked with. From the very first meeting where we asked them to sell our home, we knew that we had made the right choice. They meet you where you are and come in with good ideas, strategy and a laid back (yet very professional) outlook on the whole process. They put you in the drivers seat, give you options and suggestions and then use their industry expertise to sell your home in the most stress free environment they can make. Their communication is above and beyond and I never felt like I was getting old information. As soon as anything happened, I got a call or a text. 

They handled a frustrating situation with a buyer and their realtor with absolute professionalism and helped to keep the deal alive in the face of several obstacles that may have been deal breakers with someone who wasn't willing to go the extra mile.

We also used them to buy our new home and again received the same outstanding service we experienced with the sale of our previous home. I honestly think they were as excited as we were about the place we found and we were warmly greeted with the keys on our move in day and felt like we were home.

Another huge bonus is the fact that you are essentially getting 2 realtors. They work as a team and that helps to make everything run smoothly, efficiently and quick. It seemed like one of them was always available for whatever we needed. You will never find a better team or individual out there to help you buy or sell a home.
